FRANCE

Glacière: the suburb where our hostel was. Everything was pretty much near a station, it was really easy to get from place to place in Paris.
The night we arrived, we were lucky enough to see the Eiffel Tower. It was huge, I was shocked at how big it was.
Musèe du Louvre, the Pyramide and Mona Lisa: The Louvre was absolutely stunning. Our tour only got to spend one day there, which was definitely not enough. The room that the Mona Lisa was displayed in was packed with crazy tourists, I literally had to squeeze my way through the crowd to get this shot of her.
Musèe de l'Orangerie Frida Kahlo l'Art en Fusion Diego Rivera Exhibition: Her works were so vibrant, it made me feel so happy just looking at them. I couldn't believe that I was actually seeing her artworks. Since we couldn't take photos of the exhibition, I bought a postcard and framed it in my room.
Arc de Triomphe: I literally died climbing up the stairs, I forgot how many there were but it was torture. But in the end it was all worth it. The view from the top was amazing, the sun was just about to set and you could see all of Paris.
Montmartre: Such a beautiful place filled with old buildings and churches. Loved walking through the streets and alley ways.
Ice skated in the Champs-Élysées and got to walk through the Christmas market.
Notre Dame cathedral ft. construction in front, but still looked so beautiful. Again, I was shocked by the size of it.
More galleries! To the left is the view behind the Palais de Tokyo and to the right is the view from the Pompidou.
The streets of Paris was filled with such rich culture. The smell of bread and cheese in the markets, the art, the music, the buildings and the people. It was such a change.
Our last day in France was spent in Chateau de Versailles. The vastness of the palace was unbelievable, the thought that someone actually lived in such a huge place... just wow.
I have officially fell in love with France... We will be seeing each other again soon!
xx
